1. Account Expiration and Cancellation

Our games and betting services are provided for entertainment purposes only. Any bets placed during play will not be refunded, since the product is virtual and is consumed instantly. If you play or bet with real money, the funds will be deducted from your account automatically and cannot be refunded. In the case of a refund request relating to an account created by a minor, a processing fee associated with the chargeback may be deducted from the total refund amount.

1. Conspiracy, Misleading Actions, Fraud, and Criminal Activity

13.1. The following activities are not permitted and breach the Terms:

13.3. The Company will take the necessary steps to detect and exclude conspiracies and those taking part in them. If you, or a player with whom you are conspiring, suffer losses or damage as a result of fraudulent activity and unlawful transactions, we bear no responsibility for it and will act at our discretion in such a situation.

13.4. If you identify a person involved in a conspiracy or engaged in fraudulent activity, you must notify us as soon as possible by email.

13.5. If we suspect that you are engaging in fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to block your access to our Site's services and to suspend your account at any time without prior notice. We therefore disclaim any obligation to refund or otherwise compensate you for funds held in your account. 13.6. You are forbidden to use software for fraudulent or unlawful activity or for any transactions prohibited under the legislation of your country. The Site Administration may block or suspend your account or withhold funds at any time. In such a case you waive any claims against the Company.

13.7. If the Company suspects that you are using prohibited software, the Company may conduct an additional investigation lasting up to 75 days. Please note that during this period your account will be frozen.

13.8. If signs of the use of prohibited software are found, your account may be blocked without any further refund.

1. Other Prohibited Actions on the Site

14.1. The use of offensive or aggressive phrases or images is strictly forbidden. The use of profanity, threats, or violent conduct towards players and Site staff is likewise not permitted.
